Every year when I sit down and think back over the last twelve months, I’m overwhelmed by all of the great things that have happened in the year prior. And I’m also reminded of some of the hard things we’ve endured as a company, family, and community. But every year, without fail, I’m left with one emotion that stands above all the others: gratitude.

Premier Properties of Dublin has been around for over ten years now, a huge milestone that we’re very proud of. Over the last ten years, we’ve seen tremendous growth – through our team and its success. In 2024, we added two new team members:

  • Robbie Hobbs joined Premier Properties of Dublin in January 2024 as our Real Estate Coordinator.
  • Yvonne Robertson, longtime Dublin real estate great, joined the Premier family in August 2024.

In addition to welcoming these two new team members, we also celebrated work anniversaries, birthdays, holidays, and the biggest highlight of the year: the arrival of George Jr. to our family. We are thrilled for George and Kristen and are forever thankful for the blessing that baby George is to the Best family and the entire Premier team.

It’s no surprise the things I wanted to highlight first are the people that make Premier Properties of Dublin so special, but I also want to acknowledge that all of our company’s success is owed to the clients who trust us as they buy, sell, and rent properties in Georgia. It’s our honor and privilege to come alongside our customers and assist them, and we’re grateful to be able to do what we love day after day.

I could go on and on about statistics from this year – how many transactions we completed, the agents who qualified for “top producer” status, and more – but the most important thing to know is that we’re grateful. For each home and commercial building we were able to list or show, for each person who called our office to learn more about a property, for each client, for each team member, for all of it – we’re so grateful.
