Phil Best

Phil Best Sr. is a Licensed Broker in the State of Georgia and is the Qualifying Broker for Premier Properties of Dublin. Along with his roles at Premier, served as an elected official for the City of Dublin from January of 1994 – June of 2021. While in office he chaired on the Economic Development Committee, served as the President of the Georgia Municipal Associations 9th District, and has been appointed to the Governor’s Board of Work Force Initiative. Phil Best has also served on the Laurens County Board of Health, GMEBS Board of Trustees, the Military Affairs Committee in Warner Robins, and on the GMA Board of Directors (until June of 1997). Some of his past services include serving as a director for the Dublin Rotary Club, the Dublin-Laurens County Chamber of Commerce, and the Dublin Country Club.
