About Bill Ballard, Realtor® at Premier Properties of Coastal Georgia:
Jason Outlaw is a licensed Realtor® in the state of Georgia and specializes in land sales. In addition to working in farm management, timber, and transportation, Jason’s love and knowledge of the outdoors make him the ideal realtor to handle land sales and purchases.
Bill Ballard, Realtor®, helped establish Premier Properties of Coastal Georgia, an outfit of Premier Properties of Dublin, in 2025. Utilizing the skillset he gained while earning his bachelor’s degree in business management from Georgia Southern University, along with more than a decade and a half of experience in the service industry and time spent in several leadership roles, Bill has showcased a commitment to excellence and community engagement.
Bill has served on many boards, including leadership programs, civic organizations, and Dublin’s Planning & Zoning Commission. He is currently a dedicated member (and the president-elect) of the Rotary Club of St. Simons Island, highlighting his belief in the power of service and collaboration. Bill also currently serves as Director for the Golden Isles Association of Realtors MLS Board.
In addition to his extensive background in business and leadership, Bill has over a decade of experience in real estate investments, giving him a passion for helping others navigate their real estate journeys. Bill’s blend of community service and professional expertise defines his mission to enrich the lives of those around him through real estate.
Outside of work, Bill is a devoted family man and enjoys spending time with his wife, Catie, and their two children, Willow Cate and Mason. He spends his spare time on the family’s boat, playing golf at Brunswick Country Club, helping with local youth sports, and attending Wesley Church at Frederica.
