Phil Best Sr. is a Licensed Broker in the State of Georgia and is the Qualifying Broker for Premier Properties of Dublin. Along with his roles at Premier, served as an elected official for the City of Dublin from January of 1994 – June of 2021. While in office he chaired on the Economic Development Committee, served as the President of the Georgia Municipal Associations 9th District, and has been appointed to the Governor’s Board of Work Force Initiative. Phil Best has also served on the Laurens County Board of Health, GMEBS Board of Trustees, the Military Affairs Committee in Warner Robins, and on the GMA Board of Directors (until June of 1997). He is a member of the GMA Hall of Fame. Some of his past services include serving as a director for the Dublin Rotary Club, the Dublin-Laurens County Chamber of Commerce, and the Dublin Country Club. Phil Best has recently served as President of the Georgia Municipal Association.
He and his wife, Cile, attend First United Methodist Church of Dublin. Phil enjoys entertaining and spending time with his grandchildren.

George Best is a licensed Realtor® in the state of Georgia and Million Dollar Club Life Member. He founded Premier Properties of Dublin alongside his father and brother and works to continue to grow the business, serving the Middle Georgia area in commercial and residential real estate and property management. He is a very motivated, goal-oriented individual with a wealth of local knowledge and resources.
His servant’s heart matches Premier’s motto, Service is Our Culture. George’s priority is to make the buying or selling process an enjoyable time for his clients while he handles the tough parts, keeping their best interests in the forefront. George is a hardworking, reliable agent, and he is proud to be able to work in the family business alongside his father and brother as well as his coworkers whom he considers to be family.
George married his wife Kristen in September of 2020, and they reside in Dublin. When he’s not working, he enjoys playing golf, traveling, and attending concerts.
George is heavily involved in the community and serves on several boards including the Dublin Rotary Club Board of Directors (Membership Director), the Dublin Board of Realtors (Past-President and Executive Board Member), the Boys and Girls Club of Laurens and Johnson Counties Board, the City of Dublin Race Relations Task Force Committee, and the Dublin First United Methodist Church SPRC Committee.

After becoming a licensed Realtor® in the state of Georgia, Kristen Best formed our first real estate team with her husband, George. They now sell residential and commercial real estate as Best & Best Real Estate Team. Kristen is a Dublin native and has a passion for helping the Dublin community flourish. She has quickly jumped into life at Premier, helping George & Phil Best, Sr. grow the business. With a Master’s in Business Administration from Mercer University paired with a background in retail sales, Kristen has a unique and refined skill set that make her an asset for the Premier team.
Kristen’s passion for the Dublin community is directly reflected in her local involvement. She has served in leadership of several community organizations including Dublin Girls’ Cotillion (Director of Decorum), Young Professionals of Dublin (Co-Marketing Chair), Dublin Junior League (Historian), and Dublin St. Patrick’s Arts N Crafts Festival (Co-Chair).
Kristen married George Best in September 2020 and they currently reside in a historic bungalow in Stubbs Park. In her spare time Kristen enjoys working on projects at “The Best Bungalow,” spending time with family and friends, listening to varieties of live music with her husband, getting involved with their church, First United Methodist Church of Dublin, and practicing calligraphy, hand lettering, and graphic design.

Michaela Rowland is a licensed Realtor ® in the state of Georgia and a Million Dollar Club Life Member. From a young age, Michaela had a passion for real estate, and she obtained her real estate license when she was 19 years old while still studying in college. After graduating from Georgia College & State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, she dove straight into her real estate career.
Michaela is hardworking, kind, and devoted, and her goal is to serve her clients with honesty and integrity. She strives to do the best for her clients by using her knowledge of the area and the business to achieve their goal, whether it be buying or selling their home or property.
She is a native of East Dublin, giving her years of knowledge about Laurens County. Michaela and her husband, Tyler, are active members of East Dublin Dayspring Worship Center, and she strives for her faith to show through all aspects of her life and career.

Shelly Dollar is a Realtor® at Premier Properties of Dublin. Originally from Alston, Georgia, Shelly moved to Dublin in 1991 where she has since worked and raised her family. She has two children, Devin Dollar and Michaela Rowland, a son in law, Tyler Rowland, and a new granddaughter, Annaleigh Grace Rowland. Her daughter Michaela is also a Premier Properties Realtor, and we are happy to have this mother daughter duo continue our tradition of being a family business!
For 20+ years Shelly has worked as an accountant. She also teaches fitness classes at Fairview Fitness and is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer. When Shelly isn’t working, she enjoys baking, spending time with family, and traveling.
Shelly attends East Dublin Dayspring Worship Center where she is the church treasurer as well as plays keyboard and sings for the Praise Team.

Chess Thigpen is a licensed Realtor® in the state of Georgia, who has had a successful real estate career in both Dublin and Atlanta. Chess was born and raised in Dublin and is a graduate of Dublin High School. After high school, Chess earned a Bachelor’s of Business Administration with a major in real estate from Georgia State University’s J. Mack Robinson School of Business. He began his real estate career in Dublin, before moving to Atlanta to work for a leading luxury boutique real estate firm. When Chess returned to Dublin, he joined Premier Properties of Dublin. Along with his years of success in the industry, Chess also brings with him a strong skillset of working with complex, high-end transactions.

Jason Outlaw is a licensed Realtor® in the state of Georgia and specializes in land sales. In addition to working in farm management, timber, and transportation, Jason’s love and knowledge of the outdoors make him the ideal realtor to handle land sales and purchases.
Jason is a Johnson County native and currently resides in Wrightsville with his wife Janibeth and their four children (Judson, Jace, Jolie Rae, and Julia). He and his family are members at Wrightsville United Methodist Church, and when he isn’t busy working, you can find Jason riding a tractor, in a boat, or in a deer stand. He also enjoys playing the guitar and drums.

Angie Strickland, Realtor®, is a Dublin native who joined the Premier Properties of Dublin team in April 2023.
Angie grew up in Dublin, graduating from East Laurens High School. She currently resides in Laurens County and knows and loves the area well. In addition to her work as a Realtor®, Angie was also mandated in 2019 and currently serves as a Criminal Investigator with the Laurens County Sheriff’s Office.
When she’s not helping others buy or sell their homes, Angie enjoys spending time with her two sons and daughter-in-law. She is a fitness enthusiast, and she is currently eagerly awaiting the arrival of her first granddaughter later this year.

Walter Reynolds, Realtor®, joined Premier Properties of Dublin in April 2023 and serves Milledgeville and the surrounding communities in Georgia’s Lake Country.
Prior to his career in real estate, Walter spent a decade in the radio broadcasting industry, holding positions in production, sales, and management.
Walter is a lifelong resident of Milledgeville and completed his education at Georgia Military College (GMC) and Georgia College and State University (GCSU). An active member of the community, Walter has served on numerous boards, including the Oconee River Greenway Foundation, Young Professionals of Milledgeville, Deep Roots Festival Committee, and Baldwin County School System Foundation. He has also been a member of Milledgeville’s City Council and served as the interim Executive Director of the Central State Hospital Local Redevelopment Authority. He is passionate about business development in his community, and this shines through in the organizations in which he is involved.
Outside of work, Walter enjoys architecture (particularly mid-century design), tinkering with classic Fords, and traveling.

Scott Couch, licensed Realtor®, has been around the real estate industry since 2006 as a licensed salesperson/broker in the state of Indiana. Working with the family business, Scott was exposed to the development and construction side of Real Estate through many mixed-use projects built in downtown Indianapolis.
Since moving to Georgia in 2015 with his family, Scott has pursued his passion of real estate and joined the team at Premier Properties of Dublin in 2023. Following Premier’s motto, “Service is Our Culture”, Scott looks forward to servicing his clients in Milledgeville’s Lake Country and surrounding communities.
When Scott is not working with clients, he enjoys traveling with his family to various beach destinations.

Tina came with more than 19 years of financial and human resources experience.
She was born and raised in Dublin and has two children, Anna and Charlie. She was a founder of the Cub Scout Pack 65. Tina enjoys shopping, cooking, all sports, spending time with her family and friends, and attending Liberty Baptist Church.

Jane Wynn joined Premier Properties of Dublin in July of 2020 as our Property Management Coordinator. Previously, she worked in finance as a loan officer and manager for 19 years.
Jane is a lifelong resident of Laurens County and attended school at East Laurens. Jane is married to Jimmy, and they have a son, Sam. Her hobbies include cooking, fishing, and spending time watching Sam play baseball.
Max Best
Mascot, Treat Receiver
Max Best, fur son of Phil Sr. and Cile Best, is Premier Properties of Dublin’s mascot and the best office companion around. Max, a standard poodle, helps keep our team company at the office while they’re hard at work for our clients.
When he’s not snoozing under George’s desk or getting treats from Phil Sr., Max can be found wandering around, visiting team members.
